How does Hum access my data?
You upload Excel files or connect a Google Sheet. Hum parses the structure, stores rows in a secure database, and queries it on each WhatsApp message. We never train models on your data.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
No — you just need a regular WhatsApp number. Register it in your dashboard and message our bot to query your data. No Meta developer account required.
What if my data changes?
Re-upload a new file at any time. Hum will re-analyze the structure and replace the old rows. Google Sheets connectors refresh automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged. Your data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Is there a limit on question complexity?
Hum handles natural-language questions and translates them to SQL on your data. Very complex multi-join queries may return slower responses (3–5s) but there's no hard limit.
What counts as a query?
One WhatsApp message that triggers an AI response counts as one query. Follow-up questions in the same conversation each count separately.
